Datum RPO is looking to hire a Business Development Manager (Business Solutions Manager) to promote our Vendor Neutral and RPO solutions across a number of industry sectors.
Datum is experiencing an exciting period of growth and there is significant demand for our services, we are seeking an individual with experience of selling at corporate/director level within organisations and/or solutions selling.
Your background will likely involve experience of the recruitment industry, although the role will not involve any recruitment as we are not a recruitment agency. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who has existing MSP or RPO sales experience and is looking for their next challenge. Alternatively for someone who is looking to get out of recruitment after a successful career, use their experiences and hone and improve their sales skills to take their career to the next stage within an exciting growing sector.
Basic Salary will be between £40k & £50k per annum and company car (or allowance) plus uncapped commission scheme. The role will involve a day or two per week in our offices near Stroud, the remainder home based and with clients.
