CBRE have appointed Datum RPO to manage their entire recruitment process. Datum RPO’s appointment is to deliver a Vendor Neutral framework which provides complete lawful compliance, workflow, technology and supplier management.

Datum RPO’s role will be to ensure that every CBRE location has in place an effective, fully-screened and approved panel of contract labour suppliers which can be called upon as required to provide contract and temporary workers.

One of the key features of this model is the encouragement of the vital direct contact between CBRE’s hiring managers and their local agency labour suppliers. We believe this removes bottlenecks and problems caused when direct contact is prohibited, whilst also strengthening relationships, speeding up response times, and ensuring the local supplier panel much more accountable for any shortcomings.
