In light of the current global health crisis, we would like to reassure our customers that we are taking steps in line with current government advice.

Our main goal is to ensure we protect the wellbeing of our staff whilst continuing to provide the necessary support to your business. We are also continuing to look at more efficient and smarter ways to tailor our service as the advice evolves.

We currently have a core of support staff based in head office to manage all incoming calls on 0330 0415255. They will then connect the caller with the relevant remote worker where appropriate or if unavailable, arrange a call back at a convenient time.

General, non-urgent enquiries can still be submitted to with the mailbox continually monitored. In addition there will be no change to the cloud based technology that supports this programme.

Jobs can still be registered with the team liaising with our mutual supply chain in the usual way.

Given the additional risk a worker could be subjected to or indeed subject a working location to it is important for Datum to be notified about a vacancy before the hire takes place.

We have asked the suppliers to take additional care in screening where their applicants have been and who they have been in contact with in the last 14 days so that no unnecessary risks are taken. Should you have any concerns, need workers isolating or require general advice, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Also, should you have any urgent issues and are unable to get hold of the helpdesk, please call or email us as soon as possible.
